Please upload any relevant files via the uploader (.zip required for multiple files) and use the ‘Additional Information’ section of the checkout page to include any further details regarding your order.
By purchasing our mockup design service, you are getting high quality mockup designs. You will receive these in JPG for testing purposes and then get a PNG and printable PDF (which is the standard most printing services require for printing) upon final approval.
Simply add this product to your basket, upload your required logo file via the uploader on the checkout page (.zip required for uploading multiple files), checkout using your preferred payment method and once we have your mockup(s) ready you will receive an update to let you know that you have files awaiting approval.
As soon as you have made your order and given us any further requirement details, you should then expect to have an email update on your order containing your mockup design file(s), ready for you to review within 2-5 working days, you will then be able to approve or deny these file(s) form your orders details page.
We are certain that you will, but if you do not like the outcome of your mockup(s) we will be happy to try again until you are (free of charge, obviously). You can also leave us a comment when you ‘Deny’ your approval request to inform us that you wish to cancel the order and request a refund, which we would then process immediately.
