What Do I Get?

By purchasing our logo design service, you are getting a high quality, print-ready, 2D or 3D logo. You will receive this in the JPG format for testing purposes and then you will get PNG, SVG and printable PDF (which is the standard most printing services require for printing) versions upon final approval.

How Does It Work?

Simply upload any reference files that you may have, add the product to your cart, add any further information in the ‘additional information’ section of the checkout page, then checkout using your preferred payment method and once we have your logo(s) ready you will receive an update to let you know that you have files awaiting approval.

How Long Will I Wait?

As soon as you have made your order and given us any further requirement details, you should then expect to have an email update on your order containing your logo file(s), ready for you to review within 2-5 working days, you will then be able to approve or deny these file(s) form your orders details page.

Don’t Like Our Work?

We are certain that you will, but if you do not like your finished logo we will be happy to try again until you are (free of charge, obviously). You can also leave us a comment when you ‘Deny’ your approval request to inform us that you wish to cancel the order and request a refund, which we would then process immediately.
